The Training module is designed to improve accuracy and
consistency of managing the requirements for training and all
historic records. The major components of the Training module
include:
- Course/Classes
- Training Requirements
- Questionnaires
- Cost/Resource Tracking
Course/Classes
The system allows use of any computer-based training (CBT)
software or other media such media to be linked to courses. This
enables the use of multiple CBT providers and custom tracking
packages. Key features of this component include:
- Training histories automatically tracked
- Prerequisites can be established for each course
- Approved instructors can be defined for each course
- Schedule classes and set minimum and maximum enrollments
Training Requirements
The application has a very flexible system for documenting
the requirements for the Corporation, including:
- Establish requirements for initial and refresher training
- Establish refresher training frequency
- Define electives for each requirements
- Document criteria to determine what training is required fro individuals or groups.
Questionnaires
The system enables each client to define the questionnaires
for evaluating Pre/Post Competency or Course Evaluations.
Cost/Resource Tracking
The system enables the tracking of all costs associated with
the class, instructor and training resources. Additionally,
all resources required for each class can be identified.
